1. No artificial flowers, urns, glass containers, balloons, stuffed animals; ceramic figures, or any article deemed inappropriate for a Catholic cemetery etc are to be placed on graves or headstones.
2. All plantings of annuals must be in flowerpots or boxes placed directly in front of the monument and not wider than 6”. PLANTING OF BUSHES AT THE SITE IS NOT PERMITTED.
3. The cemetery retains all rights for the removal of bushes at any time.
4. Plots may not be encumbered by fences or other appurtenances.
5. Plots in annual Care must be paid in full to date before a burial can occur.
6. Any variance from normal burial procedures must be requested by the deed holder in writing and countersigned by the administration of the cemetery.
7. No remains are to be disturbed without notification of family and court order.
8. Cremins must be buried with the permission of the cemetery.
9. When a funeral director is purchasing a grave(s) for a family, the funeral director must make this request in writing with the signed consent of the family stating he can choose the site of the grave(s).
10. All Christmas flowers and wreaths must be removed by January 31st. All Easter and other holiday related decorations must be removed three weeks after the holiday. Otherwise the cemetery will discard the decorations.
11. DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF VANDALISM IN OUR CEMETERY, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ARTICLES THAT MIGHT BE STOLEN OR DAMAGED.
MONUMENT REGULATIONS
1. Plots must be in Perpetual Care before a monument may be erected.
2. Only one upright monument is allowed per plot on two or five grave plots.
3. On a single grave, the marker must be level with the grass. (Upright monument is not allowed).
4. On two grave plots no monument will be more than 3’6” total height an 3’6” long, on five grave plots 5’0” total height and 5’0” long.
5. No artificially colored lettering or other decoration or darkening agents will be permitted on a monument. Raised letters are not allowed.
6. All markers must have foundations and cemetery personnel must put in such foundations.
7. All foundations must be paid for before the monument may be erected on plots of two or more graves.
8. Any monument with a die less than 8” thick must have two dowels of brass or aluminum or must be epoxied.
9. No corner posts are allowed.
10. A sketch of the monument must be sent to the Cemetery for approval and be approved in writing before the foundations will be put in.
11. Foundations will be poured three (3) times a year: deadlines for orders are, May 1st, July 15th, and October 15th. The monument company will be notified when the foundations have been poured.
